Terms of Service

This page is maintained by the Forgeveil team to explain the rules for using the Forgeveil website and game services. These Terms of Service apply to anyone who accesses the site, joins the waitlist, or plays the game. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing Forgeveil, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the site or services. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be posted here.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Forgeveil. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use the service if you have been previously banned.

3. Accounts and wallets

You may connect a Solana wallet address to join the waitlist or participate in game events. Connecting a wallet does not authorize us to sign transactions on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your wallet and any linked credentials secure.

4. User conduct

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, abuse other players, use bots or automation to gain unfair advantages, or engage in harassment, fraud, or illegal activity. Violating these rules may result in suspension, removal of rewards, or permanent account termination.

5. Intellectual property

All Forgeveil branding, art, code, music, and game content are owned by the Forgeveil team or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit game assets without written permission. You retain ownership of any user-generated content you create, but you grant us a license to display it as part of the service.

6. Risk and on-chain items

In-game items and rewards may be represented as on-chain tokens or NFTs. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for any gas fees, wallet security, and understanding the risks of cryptocurrency ownership. Item values can fluctuate, and we do not guarantee any monetary value.

7. Disclaimers

Forgeveil is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that the game will be error-free, or that any feature will remain unchanged. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Forgeveil team is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of in-game items, tokens, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us directly in the preceding 12 months, or zero if none.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any operational reason. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions related to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Forgeveil operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local law.
